I have 5 horses and only 1 would even attempt to eat it. Maybe that's why you cannot return. Buyer beware. 30.00 down the tube. Totally ticked off.

I’ve used it before and absolutely cannot stand the shipping buying from excel itself! But because of Amazon I am able to get this without paying $15 for shipping! Great product, horses look and feel great on it. No complaints! Get it and have everyone saying how great your horse looks!
