Pay close attention to the orientation of "back" and "front" for each panel and you'll be fine. I recommend assembly with a drill or you'll be there all day with a screwdriver. Even with a drill and a helper it took a good 2 hours to assemble. It's possible to do alone but went way faster after I found a helper, especially to flip it over. I had no missing pieces and no misaligned holes. For the price I'm very happy. The kit comes with a hex wrench and a little flat wrench to align the drive shaft but you will also need a Phillips screwdriver or drill with a Phillips driver, and a small hammer or rubber mallet to tap in dowels and the rear felt panel clips.

Do not waste your time and money. This desk does not work properly. I have ordered two and both are defective. The desk doesn’t balance correctly when raising. After 2 engineers attempted to fix it, it’s clear the motor is underpowered. Just buy another desk.

Fantastic product! I didn't find it too difficult to set up, and my pregnant wife loves the height adjustment. As with any adjustable desk, I worried about the sturdiness and weight. Fortunately, this thing holds it's own and looks fantastic. We have 3 monitors for the top section, and love all the extra desk space down below. The cloth drawers are surprisingly nice and we love this desk. Easy recommend for anyone looking for a quality work station.

I've had it for just over a month now and absolutely LOVE this desk! Putting it together wasn't that difficult at all. Looks wise it's great. The drawers are fabric, which at first I thought I really wouldn't like, but I have to say, I really like them. They fit perfectly & I don't ever need to worry about them coming off of a track. They provide just the right amount of storage. I'm glad I went with the 55 inch size because I still have room on the lower part for a book if I need to lay something out to look at while I type. Overall this was definitely worth the money I paid!

I knew exactly what I wanted and I looked at several standup desks searching for the one that had everything I wanted and needed. When I saw this one I knew it would be perfect...and it is! I ordered 3 of these desks on 3 different occasions for myself, my boss and a co-worker. We all absolutely love the desks. However, the desk that I ordered for my boss was smaller (48") than the one I ordered (55"). I was out of the office when the desk was assembled, so I was not aware of the size difference until I returned to work and saw it. I thought I mistakenly ordered the wrong desk, but I checked my order and I did order the 55". Well, by this time the box had been discarded, so I contacted the seller and explained what happened. They replied to my message within 24 hours and offered a partial credit for the cost of the desk. I was very impressed with their response time and no-hassle partial credit, which earned them 5 stars instead of 4.I ordered the 63" desk for myself and 55" for my coworker and boss (who received the 48" inch). Now some of our other staff members want one and my boss wants an additional one. These desks save so much space compared to our old clunky desks, have plenty of leg room and smoothly raise up with the touch of a button. Although the drawers are not made of wood, they are very sturdy and spacious. They hold a lot of light to medium weight office supplies and I use drawer organizers in mine.You will need lots of space to assemble the desk because there are a lot of parts. We had someone come and assemble the desks for us and he did it by himself, but it took a few hours for him to put my 63" together. He was familiar with the assembly when he came back to assemble the 55", so it did not take quite as long.I do not have any negative comments about this desk or customer service.

It is a good solid basic desk. I ordered the 63" and it is indeed a lot of desk space. I like the functionality and the 4 drawers are awesome, albeit that I'm disappointed that the top two drawer fronts are rippled. This great desk would have been outstanding if it had a casters option. I miss that from the desk this replaces.

The desk was easy to put together, and had great instructions to follow. It could be done by just one person but I did have my husband help to flip it over after the base install was done. The extra space with 30" is great to have and the drawers are fantastic to keep papers and other supplies hid but easily accessible. I have only been using the desk for a couple days but I have enjoyed being able to stand during the day instead of sitting the whole time. The presets are nice to already know where I want it when I am standing or sitting.
