Wish I had purchased this years ago! This pad has saved my knees and butt from a cold, hard concrete garage floor where I do most of my auto maintenance work. I've replaced entire suspensions and brake components using this floor mat and it really makes me less sore the following days. I used to have major cramps and soreness all over my body when working on my vehicle without this cushioned pad.Make sure to get the standard size as it fits me just right (6'0", 190lb male). I almost bought the "small" size but read some reviews stating it was tiny. The mat is pretty thin but has absolutely no effect on the comfort it provides. The beveled edge is also perfect for preventing trips which is critical in my cramped garage where a slip could be very painful and cause lots of damage to the items around me.

They mean it when they say "lightweight"-- this is not the high density foam of other garage mats or even garden mats, very flexible and less supportive than I expected. Not a bad product if you are looking for a truly lightweight option. I like the beveled sides that make it less of a tripping hazard.
