The warmest jacket I own next to my Ski Doo jacket. I wear Large clothing, this coat in X-Large fits well over a hoodie. The sleeves have elastic that seals your arms from wind well. The liner is a thick fleece and is pretty easy to swap (2 zippers, 2 buttons per arm, 1 button behind neck, 1 button at your butt. The hood is button on probably for safety reasons never had a problem with it.I did construction outdoors over the winter in 2022 and I'm always working on cars through the winter (Michigan). I have an insulated onesie however this is more practical running for parts and doing errands.Warmth vs. Price this is the way to go, size up to layer up and get some good pants. I wear sweat pants under some tin pants (waxed pants) and finish it with some muck boots.

As soon as you add this to the cart it says it’s a women’s coat, which made me look closer at the description. It said nothing about it being for women, so I ordered it. Fortunately, the zipper’s on the men’s side, and aside from ridiculously tight wrists (at least when the liner is used) and the girlie "Be Tenacious" zipper pulls, nothing says “women” about it.Warmer than the Arborwear double thick hoodie I was using, it is suitable for 8-12 hours in a refrigerated plant. Seems durable enough, and has decent ergonomics, though I don't get why the clear pocket is so tall. If you sweat in the cold it may not be the best choice, as it doesn’t breathe at all. Neck is really high, which I like, but it is a bit uncomfortable under the chin when zipped up because of the stiffness. Hood snaps on/off, and can stow in collar, but the closure to keep it there is just a little piece of Velcro, so I’ve just removed it. Handwarmer pockets are not warm, big, or fastening (in the jacket - liner pockets are fine).Definitely decent for the price.After two weeks: Some threads starting to break, and weirdly it doesn’t come clean in the wash for some reason. Liner also has removable arms, so it’s quite versatile, but those handwarmer pockets also aren’t warm.Still decent for the price.
