This jacket is absolutely perfect for the cold winter months. My 15lb Italian Greyhound loves wearing it because it makes him feel like he's wrapped in a cozy blanket. It's super comfortable, and we get so many compliments on it whenever we’re out and about. Cleaning is easy too, just throw it in the washing machine and dryer, and it's good as new! My 15lbs Iggy wears a Medium, and it fits him perfectly. Highly recommend this for anyone with a smaller dog looking to keep them warm and stylish!

Well actually my dog Tilda hates it. But it doesn't get in the way when she moves or uses the bathroom. Unfortunately she rolls on the ground and everything gets stuck in the fabric. But that's a dogs life ... roll with it. Good for layering up on extra cold days.

No dislikes. Good quality, soft, warm, easy to put on/take off. Looks super comfy too. My dog loves it. He just doesn’t look too happy bcos of cold weather.

I have two mixed breed dogs both weighing about 18lbs, one has chihuahua ears, the other has a bit of a doxie build. I ordered one of these in Medium to check the fit and practicality for our very cold winters (northern MN), then ordered a second. These seem warm, the long cowl neck allows me to pull it over my dogs ears for extra warmth, and I like that it covers their back legs. I have to roll the cuffs on both sweaters because they are a bit too long in the legs, but both my dogs are rather stubby. I put their winter padded harnesses right over the top of the these and the dogs seem comfortable and warm. Would recommend.

The sizes for dog garments are weird! I hope this is helpful: My dog is about 32 lbs. with a lean build, 16" neck, 23" chest, and 19" back. I ordered the XL. It fits snugly. If she were a even little longer in the back or thicker build, it would need to be the next size larger because it's a little tight in the pants but seems to be loosening up a bit each time she wears it. The fleece fabric collects foxtails easily, but my intention was to use this indoors or under a snowsuit outdoors. It's pretty easy to put on if your dog is cooperative. The neck part slips over the head and then first the front legs and then the back legs are stuffed into the sleeves--there are no zippers or buckles.

Pros of this design are thick stretchy fleece, a long neck, and covers all 4 legs. like the title says, it's great for short haired dogs in cold weather. It's a pull on, which I find to be a pro, since all the dog coat fails I've had are when the zipper or Velcro fail. I'd give this coat 5 stars except for 2 problems.1. The size chart is not accurate, came much smaller. I ordered a size that should have been a few inches big in chest and length (my dog has a big neck, so I got the size to fit her neck & figured I could take in the bigger measurements), but got something snug all over. I sew (including drafting patterns from measurements), so I know I measured correctly. The actual measurements are 2-4 inches smaller than the chart. the fabric is stretchy so I can get it on her, but the back length is a couple inches short of the base of her tail (making for a kinda comical assless chaps look).2. No tummy coverage at all. My dog has short hair, but almost no hair on her belly, and this coat stops before her rib cage ends. Even if the size hadn't been small, it wouldn't have covered any of her tummy. I was able to add a tummy panel, but not everyone has similar colored fleece lying around or the sewing skills to add one. In a design that has legs and neck coverage you'd think they wouldn't leave the belly bare. I get that you can't cover the whole belly without having a different design for male/female dogs (& why don't they?) so boy dogs don't get pee on it, but you could have some tummy coverage.Overall, I'm happy to find a dog coat actually made to cover more than just the back, just would have liked an accurate size chart and tummy coverage. I'm amazed it's so hard to find a dog coat with legs, a lot of areas on the planet have cold winters (it'd be like winter coats for humans only coming as vests).
