I spray painted these door knockers with Krylon (color: Oil Rubbed Bronze). They came out gorgeous and used them as barn doors handle. Perfect size , very sturdy and heavy. FYI, no screws included for mounting.

I love it but it came broken on the bottom. I HATE returning things so I'll try to fix it._______Edit: I glued the piece to the door. It didnt come with screws to mount it. I used some from another project. It did come with 2 for putting the bracket on but they were tiny and lose in the bubble wrap which almost got lost in the packaging.It looks nice now and I love it but just know you may have the same issues.

Handle is not attached properly--it's crooked. So it's difficult to use, and therefore difficult to make a loud knocking sound. Also as many others have said, it comes with no mounting screws. If it wasn't defective I would have been ok with finding the right screws, but...

This is a nice, heavy and nice looking piece. The only complaint I might have is that it is not supplied with mounting hardware. Works best with a solid wooden door, but can be mounted on a hollow synthetic door with something like gorilla glue and painted stainless screws.

Orders 2 of these the are very cool and heavy but one was shinny and the other wasn't so I decided to spray a glossy finish on them so they look the same

Lovely, very heavy, very elegant. I probably should have looked at the size more carefully because I was thinking it was a bit larger. (Because of a big front lawn, my house sits back quite a bit from the street so door décor doesn't show to much to the street). But, regardless, I like this item very much. I installed it very easily - about 3 minutes - done.
