I used and still using this pants for skiing and shoveling snow. It offers great protection against the fierce winter winds. The quality is great.

Warm! But not waterproof unfortunately. I got them because I work outside and sweatpants definitely don't cut it, even with 2 pars on. These keep me warm enough for the 4 hours I'm outside in the 25-40F weather I'm working in but definitely cannot handle sitting in wet spots without getting your rear a little damp and it rains a lot here in the PNW. I'm sure it is the pressur of sitting though that does it, because my legs actually stay pretty dry even though I am getting rained on for hours. They are thick and are a bit cumbersome to move around in, but I suppose that is to be expected with pants like these.

For the money these are an excellent value. I lost weight and didn't want to spend another $200 on ski pants so I figured I'd give these a try. Fit was good and quality feels good as any. First day out it started raining and these kept me dry. I would highly recommend as an alternative to name brands.

I bought an x-large because I wanted them to fit over my indoor clothes. They were too long for me but we're so warm and fit so well I bought a second pair (size large). Best money I've spent on winter clothes in a long time. Still slightly long ( I'm 5'6") but they fit everywhere else.

I really like these ski pants. They are a really soft material, yet waterproof and easy to wear. The fit is good and very adjustable. I have owned many big name brands of ski wear and these are my go-to choice. The price is amazing for what you get. I bought a second pair as a backup.

I have had these for about a year now and can say I am quite pleased with them.They are well made, fit well, look good and most importantly, keep me warm in the snow.They have been with me skiing about 5 times and worked great. Easy to get on, good pockets, they have those lil clips at the bottom that kinda hook on to your ski boots. Great stuff!

Dopo tre giorni di snowboard non proprio a livelli eccelsi, quindi fatto anche di qualche caduta nella neve, soste seduto in pista ma anche tanto divertimento, posso confermare l'ottima resa del pantalone: zero bagnato sulla pelle, zero freddo patito e nessuna abrasioni del tessuto.Consigliatissimo, anche in relazione al prezzo esiguo.Forse un poco grande di vestibilità: sono 183cm per 85kg , ho preso una L ed in vita con la coulisse a velcro regolata al massimo reggono il giusto e sono comodi, la lunghezza però é perfetta con gli scarponi indossati.

Amazon USA product so it took a good while for delivery. But worth the wait. Sizing was about right and has adjustable waist. Haven't used in snow/cold yet, however appear to have good insulation. Much less expensive than branded ski pants.

I was a little skeptical initially but Amazon Basics came through. I took these snowboarding and they worked like a charm. I was warm and comfortable the whole time and even sitting in the snow they kept the water out. I hope to get meany more uses out of them.They do run a little large. I had to pull the waist sinch tight all they way and they have a 32" inseam so if you have short legs like I do the legs will drag when you're not in boots (I wear 29"x29" normally). The leg openings looked comically large when I tried them on in my room but with the boots they sat about right. Pockets, vents, and gaiters all worked great. Last thing is a bit of a nitpick but the color was a bit darker than the pictures, it's really more of an orange khaki. My friends were very appreciative that they were easy to spot though.Overall a great value for the price. I would definitely recommend for the casual snowboarder or skiier. I might order the extra small though if you have a small waist or short legs.
