These shoes were very cute, but do not buy them if the child is going to be doing a lot of walking. We put them on my 18 mo old granddaughter who was a flower girl in her mother's wedding. However, after she wore them and walked around in them for a few hours, the soles of the shoes were worn out around the edges. We tried to order a different shoe for her in a 5 toddler (which she normally wears), but that shoe was too big and didn't come in a smaller size. So we had to go with these shoes. As stated before, the shoes are very cute, but they are just not meant to be walked in for an extended period of time because they won't hold up.

I wasn’t too sure if she would be able to wear these with socks because she is in the in between stage of the next size and then not really however It fit perfectly

Very cute in person. Watch out for tiny feet babies. The shoes seem to be wide.Knowing the sizing now in person I would still buy them again.

My daughter is 11 months old and I bought these when she was 9 months. The 6-12 month size is a bit big for her still but her feet seem to be smaller than average. She loves to take her shoes off so they don’t stay on her feet long and she can take off the Velcro with no problem. The Velcro is pretty much worn out now because she tears them off and likes to chew on the shoes. The leather has withstood the chewing though and they still look nice. The nonslip soles are nice since she’s learning how to walk

The shoes are ADORABLE but I was disappointed that they were not accurate to the measurements as described. I bought this for my goddaughter‘s baptism and she couldn’t wear them because they were too small. Before I ordered them, her mother actually measured her foot with a ruler and told me she is exactly 4 inches, so I ordered the size that measures to 4.6 inches as advertised. When I receive the shoes and put them on her feet the day of her baptism they would not fit because they were too small, and my goddaughter has very petite feet so I was disappointed that the fit was not active accurate. If I knew they ran small then I would have selected the larger size.
