Makes it nice to cut a body tube to whatever length you want. I gave it 4 stars because it should clamp a little tighter to the body tube than it does. I ended up wrapping a piece of paper around the body tube to make it a bit larger in diameter so the cutting guide would clamp tighter to the tube.

So happy I got these. I make rockets often with my sister's kids and I dont know what I would do without these. They are great for cutting tubes, marking tube, fin placement, and more.

Good tool for cutting standard size paper body tubes. Cutting guides slide easily over the tubes and tighten / un-tighten quickly. Make sure you have a sharp knife and make multiple passes to get a smooth cut. Great addition to your model rocketry tool set.

These are great for making straight cross cuts. A must have if you build your own model rockets.

Well made and easy to use. Allows you to get nice even cuts on body tubes. This product works much better than their fin alignment guide. It is hard to tell from the picture but each guide is actually a two piece unit and when you slide it on the tube you squeeze the two pieces together and the guide locks into place on the body tube without damaging it. Then just pry the two halves apart a little bit to get it to release and slide off.
