There was something relatively heavy and loose inside the case. No damage was visible on either the outer or inner box. The unit powered up, but I made no measurements and I decided to return it not knowing if there would be a problem down the road.I decided I better not buy another of this brand as it might be a design issue. I don't see any other brands available on Amazon.
