I chose this because I have Ettore branded sleeve handles. The diameter of the tapered rod end is so wide, my Ettore scrubber sleeve handles only engage about an inch deep. It is impossible to insert it deep enough to engage the lock. This is especially disappointing because this short pole is well made, light and strong. It seems they just goofed on the dimension compatibility with their own Ettore products.

High-rise window cleaners call this the cheat stick. Easy to put in your bucket and to always have on-hand when needed. Saves the hassle of bringing a long pole on your drop when all you need is that short reach.Great price, quality tool. Ettore is a great brand.

Perfect size, light weight and sturdy. Only complaint is the color. Nowhere in the description did it mention orange or mango. We specifically bought this extension to go with the Ettore brass squeegee but as you can see in the photo they are not a match.

If you are looking for a short extension tool for squeegies, foam roller cleaners,,,,,,, whatever THIS is the tool you should buy. It is only 2 feet, but lightweight yet very sturdy. This is a really good company I have purchased several things from them and they make superior products.

I use a squeegee every morning on the front and back windows of my car. I've been looking for a short extension pole so that I don't have to lean on my wet car. I did't want a long pole which seems to be all that you can find at Lowe's or Home Depot. I use an Ettore 12" squeegee and this ext. pole works great. I really don't feel that there is any problem at all with making the connection and sure seems solid to me. I didn't find any issues separating the pole from the squeegee. Also extending and retracting the extension is very easy. You just twist the metal pole pieces and not the black plastic piece.I am really happy with this and that I found what I was looking for.

I absolutely love this product. I have a 6' -12' model and for some applications, it is too long. This shorter pole fills in for the "just out of reach" jobs and is a very useful complement. By the way, Ettore products are the best.
