At first it was all good 2-3 weeks with those cameras they record 24/7 as stated but I had some issues when I was viewing my recordings of trespassers the video jumped of 10sec forward without saving those 10seconds so I think there must be some improvements updates or I will change them for something professional. It actually does not record in 4K( in files DATA)when you zoom in you can’t see face in mid distance.Don’t forget it’s almost 400$

I am using 4 Eufy 3C cameras but decided to upgrade to E300 series because it records continuously. Eufy 3C works fine but most of the time, the start and end portion of the video is cut off, even though I set it to custom recording.Package arrived fast and nicely packed. Setup was easy. However, I wasn't able to get one of the cameras connected to the Homebase. Contacted Eufy Support, Beryi, he was very helpful. I finally received a replacement product (new) in about 3 weeks' time. This time no problem in connecting it up. Because of the weather, I haven't installed it outdoor but have tested it indoor. They seem to be working fine and the picture quality is good. Sound quality is ok but not great. However, I haven't tested the other features such as AI tracking etc.Note that for the 2 camera kit, it doesn't come with the hard drive, which is required for continuous recording. Installing the hard drive is very easy though.Good product if you want continuous recording.

Slow to load up on my phone even when on WiFi. Night vision is not great. I can't even make out my own license plates in the driveway. The so-called night color is non-existent. I had to take the whole camera down and pull the wires through the walls to re-pair them with the Homebase. I installed a brand new 1TB Western Digital hard drive. It worked for a day and stopped recording to the drive so I decided to look for a surveilance hard drive. No luck since they all come in 3.5" but the homebase only accepts 2.5". I only found 1 off-brand that was not on their recommended list. Waste of my time and money.
