I was disappointed with the Eufy Security Garage Door Sensor Add-On. It turns out you can't use it on its own; it requires the Garage Control Cam to function. Unfortunately, the Garage Control Cam is sold out on Amazon and isn't available anywhere else right now. This makes the sensor useless unless you have the cam, which is incredibly frustrating. There should be a clearer warning about this dependency in the product description. Until the cam is back in stock, this sensor is a waste of money.

Eufy promised a replacement 1 year ago, and it has never been delivered. I reached to them 10 emails, and each time they said they would send a replacement. I gave up on them. Will nto purchase any more Eufy products.

Arrived on time in perfect condition. But I had to bring in a very tech savvy person to get it to sync properly with the camera. Nothing in the instructions said you need to delete the old censor from the system before you can sync the new censor. Some people need every step instruction.

It works for the 2nd door. was on back order and took awhile to get wish it came with the 2 door control camera but everything is working perfectly fine

I have three of these , one seems to go through more batteries faster than the other two .

It is easy to install and get connected using Eufy Secure App. Sometimes it may show wrong status of door Close/Open, but the App can detect it and do a calibration.It works as it claims.
