The quality is good, the screws don't strip out of the base like cheaper ones i've had

These are fine. They fit my Dremel and the Foredom regular hand unit, but the size is just slightly off so it does not fit the quick release hand unit. They look fine, the size seems fine on the listing, but they are just a tad smaller than the 3M ones, so they do not stay in the hand unit.

works pretty well. have to really tighten screw though as they do tend to unscrew themselves during use after a bit
