Been observing these bowls and no matter where I dry them - it has small cracks which forms into molds. This means I would need to throw these pots. Waste of money

the dish itself looked nice but obviously couldn’t use because it was shattered into pieces 🤪🤪🤪 took a few days to ship and it arrived on time, just not a good experience overall so wouldn’t buy again 💀

First of all, people who downgrade a product like this because it arrived broken are being grossly unfair to sellers. Follow a typical package on its journey and you'll marvel that any arrive unbroken. Certain materials are extremely difficult to protect from damage.This review, however, is for a very good reason. Same day they arrived we had guests over for bibimbap. We all quickly discovered that this product is a complete joke as the bowls don't even begin to fit the trivets properly and so they slip around and rock crazily when you try and eat. Totally ridiculous. Maybe someone accidentally put the wrong trivets or bowls in this order, but they were returned the next day as completely unusable.

Overall the product is great. I ordered three for my family and one of them arrived broken. No problem, we all know this is a risk when ordering online.The return/refund system was a little bothersome. You can't get a replacement product so you need to get a refund and order a new item. They do want the broken item back so take into account the time and hassle to return the item. Many reviews have the bowl arriving broken so there's a pretty big chance it will just be part of your shopping experience.The two bowls that arrived intact worked great. We made bibimbap and it heated up well and did a wonderful job of crisping the rice.

My husband loves to make bibimbap. We needed some more dolsots so we could invite people over to enjoy bibimbap with us but we could not find the bowls we'd ordered before. We ordered these ones and they came very quickly, they're a nice weight but not unwieldy, they heat evenly and rice crisps very nicely. Retains heat very well and keeps things nice and hot throughout the entire meal even with plenty of conversation.

I waited until I’d used these bowls twice before writing my review, but they’re just perfect. I bought the large size, and they easily fit a generous portion of rice + a whole mess of vegetables and meat on top. I didn’t even realize they were dishwasher safe until coming back to this listing to write my review… I’d been hand-washing them on the assumption they couldn’t withstand the dishwasher, but now that I know they can, they are even more practical in my eyes!I bought two sets of 2-packs of the large bowls and did have to return/exchange one of the sets because the box I was shipped contained a mismatched large and a small bowl instead of the identical two large bowls I was expecting, but the replacement box was perfect and I now have a matching set of 4 bowls for my family. I’m so happy to be able to prepare bibimbap at home!

Bought two of these to make steamed eggs and i really like these bowls. They’re heavy and sturdy, hold heat, and are relatively easy to clean. You can use the plates on the bottom to cover the bowl while steaming and it won’t warp the material. Recommended for anyone who enjoys steamed eggs or stoneware bowls.

The good one has been performing admirably when I make my soondubu at home. Stays hot, and is an excellent bowl. It is a bigger bowl, and is good for larger servings.My only complaint is not with the product itself, but Amazon packed the bowls poorly. They were loose in the box with 2 sheets of crumpled paper. Of course it cracked. One of the bowls came shattered. I don't have time to return stuff so I basically paid $40 for one bowl. bummer.
