An outer ply of 5mil film and an inner ply of 7.5mil film, in combination with a 2mil overtone control ring on the underside that floats with the head, eliminating excessive overtones and controlling sustain. I have an old Tama chrome snare drum 14x6.5. The overtones are terrible with just about any head on it. The dry version of this head sounds great on it. I tried this head, and it was better than many, but nowhere near as good as the dry head. It's not a knock against this head, just something to be aware of if you have a noisy snare.

Utilizzo da sempre Evans e devo dire che questa pelle per rullante ha veramente un bel suono, pochi overtones, attacco definito e sustain controllato. Mantiene l’accordatura grazie alla tecnologia Level 360.

Pelle utilizzata su un rullante di mia costruzione a 10 strati in acero 13x4,5. Prima usavo la G1 ma avevo troppi overtones e seppur ottima ho voluto provare questa. È fantastica, ottimo controllo, gost notes presenti, colpo netto senza troppi overtones. La consiglio vivamente. Eccellente

Acompañado del parche inferior S14R50, tiene una sonido adaptable a cualquier tipo de de sonidos, a pesar de que la caja no es una super caja se nota la diferencia que con unos parches normalitos.

This drum head here, THIS DRUM HEAD RIGHT HERE! is the by far the best drum head to use in any live situation. And I've tried the remos vintage A's, the Aquarian Hi-Enegry, all of which I had to apply a moon gel pad to even out the overtones. With this lovely, Evans HD snare head, a moon gel is not needed, and the overall tone WILL BE HEARD LIVE.
