This has a very nice wood grain and the rack holds bottles at a very slight downward angle to help keep corks wet. The holes on the sides all aligned fairly well if you loosely screw in screws 1st on a side then tighten them down, I had no problems until the top was applied and one side was slightly off but I again loosened the opposite side screws then loosely applied all 4 and then tightened them down and it worked out well. It stands level. I’d buy this item again definitely as it is all wood and sturdy.

I bought 2 of these, but not at the same time. Bought the first one and was relatively pleased. Went together well, but not worth the price. Then I purchased the second one a week later and notice right away things were different. For the second one, packaging was better and it seemed to be manufactured better. But the problem is that the color of the second one is much different - darker. Since I have already assembled them both and they will be on opposite ends of my bar, I decided to keep them.

Took forever to arrive .Fairly straight forward to put together , however some if the holes were not in the correct position . The colour of the rack s not exactly as it shows in the picture . It is a lot lighter. I guess you could stain it darker if you wanted . Not worth the price either .Expensive for what you receive .I wouldn’t purchase again .

I didn’t know if I would like this color, but it is amazing with the wine bottles in it. The wine rack is sturdy and it looks really nice next to my server. It holds a perfect amount of wine. I was able to get them out of the pantry and organize them also. Love this wine rack!

This wine rack was very easy to assemble with one exception -- two of the holes weren't drilled correctly; the screws didn't line up right. Luckily, a big brother with a drill was able to solve the problem for me, so I now have a nice, basic wine rack. As a few others have noted, however, the top row is too narrow to hold normal-sized bottles, so plan on the rack holding four fewer bottles than indicated. Otherwise, it's fair quality for a fair price.

The assembly is not as easy as stated. It required leverage to hold pieces in place while screwing. But the picture doesn't do it justice. I had the one stripped screw hole that someone else mentioned, but this isn't a biggie. The wood is a beautiful grained aged walnut look. I got little round wood dowels at a Lowes that covered the screw holes and made for a perfect contrast to the wood. Be warned though. Bigger bottles won't fit, only standard size.

Only skinny bottles fit! At best you get 3 per row; and they still don't fit right. The wood is nice solid wood but varies greatly in color (ranges from pine to walnut colors). The base is wobbly. The top did not fit flush or level. I can rework & stain the wood; but the close spacing is a deal breaker. Most of my wine will not fit.
