I purchased this to replace a Lorex system that had a hard disk failure. While it had all the features I needed, I was unable to get some of our older cameras to work with it. The Evertech customer service was exceptional--they stayed on the phone, text, and Facetime with me for more than an hour trying to help work it out. So in the end I opted to go with another DVR that would work with existing cameras. Although I returned this one, I would not hesitate to buy other products from Evertech and would recommend them.

Works wonderful. We havent had an issue with it. I am still trying to figure out a few things on it. Spoke to customer service and they were very helpful with my questions.
