Would give it ZERO stars if I could. Totally useless as a yoga mat, which requires a non skid, sticky surface. This mat has a slippery plastic finish that allows hands and feet to slide on the mat. Won't support your down dog!

The mat is nice and comfortable it sticks to the floor but it doesn't absorb sweat in hot weather it is quite slippery

I love this yoga mat. It is comfortable and not slippery, but most importantly, for me is that it does not tear. I practise chair yoga and even though the legs of the chairs have protectors on them, there would be divots left on my old mat that would go right through the mat. With my new mat, you can see divots initially, but then the material pops right back up and once again I have a smooth surface.

The mat doesn't slip on the floor, however there's some sort of coating that makes it extremely slippery on hands and feet when doing yoga. I've tried to use it twice and wasn't even sweaty and I had to use a towel on top of the mat to keep from slipping in downward dog.
