I recently bought the Exalt FreeFlex Elbow Pads for paintball, and I have to say, they’ve been fantastic. They are the perfect blend of comfort and protection, which is exactly what I need for long hours of play. The fit is spot-on, and they don’t feel bulky or restrictive, allowing for full range of motion without sacrificing support.The breathable material is one of the standout features. These pads keep my elbows cool and dry, even during intense games, thanks to the ventilation and moisture-wicking fabric. I can play for hours without feeling uncomfortable or overheated. The elastic straps are adjustable and keep the pads in place without slipping or cutting off circulation.In terms of protection, the padding is thick enough to absorb impacts but not so heavy that it feels cumbersome. I’ve taken a few hard hits to the elbows, and the impact absorption is excellent—it does a great job of reducing bruising and pain. The pads are also flexible, which means they move with your arm as you slide or dive without restricting movement.The only minor downside is that they may not fit as well for those with very small or very large arms, but for most people, they should fit comfortably.Overall, the Exalt FreeFlex Elbow Pads are an excellent choice for anyone who plays paintball or engages in any other high-impact sports. Can take a good beating. Would wear clothing underneath of the arm pads but up to personal preference

Pads sit tight and comfy. Protection is strong multilayered padding on outer side and thick cloth on inner size. Palm protection doesn't seem to be durable and I expect it to rip apart in the future especially the thick strip between thumb and index finger. Palm protection prevents my gloves from sitting tight but I get used to it.I ordered bigger-than-needed size as folks suggested in comments and I have no complains.

3 days in been just hoseing off for cleaning and I'd say reduced shock of hit 60%....

I love these elbow pads. They are definitely made on the small side so order a size up. Exalt also has a sizing chart somewhere I’d recommend looking it up. Pads are super durable and you get a lot of bounces

The main pad feels great. Overall length is good, I’m 5’7” 180 lbs. However it’s incredibly tight. If I got the large it would be too long. The medium is the right length but is very tight on my biceps. I’m no body builder but I’m not a twig either. Might break in after more use.

This product is super comfortable,runs tight but not to tight. If you are playing speed ball these are a must even if you do not plan on sliding or diving these pads will 100% bounce some balls off them 7 bounces in 3 points ran.
