The photo they show with a push-up tube is not what I received I received a Dixie cup of Wax. I called Amazon explain what they sent me. They said to keep the product and we'll send you the correct one the second time they sent the same product a Dixie cup. So far as the wax I would give it five stars. So far as the container and the advertisement I would give it one star.

This wax is a hard type of wax that will far outlast the soft type you find that are in lip stick type containers.The softer types of wax goes on easily but will be used up very quickly. The Excalibur wax is very durable and just the right firmness to easily applied to the bowstring. I highly recommend this over the softer types.

I bought this for my Excalibur Axiom kit. I don't apply it to the serving but I do use it on the rest of the string. The wax pops out of the case and then you apply it. I'm not sure why other people have difficulty figuring it out. I haven't used it for very long and I haven't ran any tests with it. I simply wax my string. I can't really comment on how well it works or if it extends the life of the string. I do know that it's wax and it is easy enough to apply, and it's reasonably priced.

It was delivered much faster then i expected..it came twist up style wich makes it nice n neat and easy to handle..havent had the chance to use it yet do to the fact that i recieved it before the other products i ordered on the same day..very pleased

I purchased Excalibur Serving Wax for a crossbow of mine soon after I bought the bow. When applied to the strings the wax saves the shelf life of the strings by keeping them from fraying. The wax is kept in a plastic container with a attached lid making it easy to acess and carry in a pocket if needed. I suggest Excalibur Serving Wax for anyone serious about using crossbows.
