Not as a new year resolution but I set out to eat better and get more exercise this year so I ordered this step. I was looking for a longer wider one and this one fit the criteria perfectly. I gave it 4 stars because I don't like is that the lifts don't lock in under the step. They are just stacked there so when you pick up the step they stay or fall to the side. But I can live with that, it's no biggy. The step itself is good quality, stays put while I use it and I am able to get a great workout. Shipping was fairly quick and the price is great. I highly recommend this step if you want a great workout.
