The material is very thick but comfortable and soft, but not too heavy if that makes sense. It’s not heavy like denim but it’s got enough weight to it to not fly up on you outside or be see through and concealing. This dress style is not my friend though. Makes me look like I’m in my MuMu era lol. It’s very flattering and has pockets but it’s definitely gotta be for the right person. Some people just don’t look good in this style dress and I was unfortunately one of them. Still a nice dress though

A slight miss for me. I'm petite and was hoping that this would actually be a "mini" dress. It hits right above the knees and the style of it makes me look rather boxy. The material is nice and if you have a bigger bust this may work better for you, but not the best option for petite folks (I'm 5', 110lbs)

I received this item for free as part of the Amazon Vine program, and here are my thoughts:My 14-year-old daughter loves the bubble sleeves and stylish design of this denim dress. However, the elastic doesn’t keep the dress secure when bending down, which is frustrating. The quality is great—it’s well-made, wrinkle-resistant, and versatile for casual or dressy occasions. Perfect for teens who want a trendy look!

I'm currently a true XL, but I accidentally ordered this dress in a Large. And it worked out for the best! Surprisingly, there's lots of room, and I'd recommend sizing down from your regular size. The square neck design can be shifted around to hide your bra, and it hides mine in the back just fine. A little trick is to kinda tuck the dress into your bra at the shoulder area. There's plenty of room to hide midsection fluff, and it's flattering and somewhat minimizing on my extra large bust. (40H). The puffy sleeves give great coverage as well and work to really balance out the design of the dress. It has roomy, deep pockets that lay flat on the sides and don't change the shape of the dress. The material has a really soft, flexible, cotton feel. Medium weight, but breathable, and tons of stretch everywhere! Not a thick or stiff denim at all. Length hits me mid thigh (I'm 5'7 with a long torso). This is the perfect spring and summer dress to dress up or down (tennis shoes, or wedge heels!), and will look great after getting some sun glow since it shows off skin at the back and chest.

This doesn't fit right at all. The sleeves are 2 different sizes and are extremely frumpy. The neckline is not flattering and the material is sticky. I do not recommend this at all.

Amazon is my go to place for cute jeans (especially dupes), but recently I’ve been finding some fantastic dresses on here, including this one by Exlura. I’m 5’5,” 155lbs and my bust measures 42” around (40B), waist is 35” and hips are 42.” I normally wear L-XL, but per the size chart I went with a Med.I love the flowy style of Aline/Babydoll dresses like this, but if too oversized, it can make me look large. The drape created by the extra fabric (as shown on the models) is beautiful, but I do feel Med was a good choice - especially the length. The fabric mimics a “washed” denim look, but it’s actually a dense cotton mix - still lightweight and breathable. The balloon sleeves are very flattering. There’s a tie at the neck, but it’s strictly decorative. I’m wearing with boots in my image but this looks equally adorable with espadrilles or flats.I received this through Amazon Vine at a discounted price in exchange for my review, but feel the full price is fair. I have several Free People dresses and this is such a budget friendly alternative. I’m definitely buying the khaki one on my own. I am curious to try a size up (in Large). If I do, will return and update my review. For now, I highly recommend this dress. And the brand, Exlura, which has some very cute items here on Amazon.

The EXLURA Womens Summer Denim Short Puff Sleeve Dress is cute, fits up to a 2x, and is made of a soft, comfy fabric that drapes nicely. The fabric isn't denim, nor is it a knit, but somewhere in between. The exterior has the soft washed feel seen on the product page and the inside is more slick and feels like polyester. I was optimistic that the neck tie was a drawstring that could be used to adjust the neckline. It can't. And, the neckline is indeed wide as shown in the images. At least on me, there is no way to wear the dress without bra straps showing, unless I wear a cardigan on top. Lastly, I am 5'4" and the dress hits mid-thigh and looks more like a tunic. Given all that, I am not sure this dress is for me but it is definitely cute.
