This sleek looking, easy to use wireless tour-guide system came neatly packaged, with an easy to understand manual. The receiver ear hook swivels which makes fitting onto the ear a snap. Sound transmission is almost immediate after the channel is set. It works like a charm for our church bi-lingual translation!

The receivers and transmitters are conveniently stored in a sturdy metal charging case that allows for simultaneous charging and transporting the unit. However, much care is needed when transporting the unit so that the charging connectors are not damaged. When we realized that we had not payed much attention to this when some of the connectors no longer worked to charge the receivers, the company generously provided a replacement of the charging case. Their response to our complaint was swift and went beyond our expectations.

I use this specific one all the time and it sucks. Sorry but it is cheap, staticky and cuts out repeatedly.

I am a Pastor of a local church. And after doing some research of many different units and reading different reviews. I was not sure of buying this unit. Most in part because you do not know which reviews to trust in part too many faking their reviews or some writing reviews to make their products look good. But we needed something for the church for the hearing impaired people to use even though this was more used for folks to be as a tour guide or to translate. So I order this unit with some hesitations.The unit came in and I read the instructions and even charged up the transmitter and the one of the receivers. So as we call it in the work place the acid test. Power up the transmitter and powered up the receiver and wolla it worked like a charm.We walked around and I had one of the folks using this walk into another room and then another room distant about 90ft and it was still working. So this has worked better than I expected it to. Everything was and worked in the package with one exception, one of the chargers is not working. Contacted the seller to see what they will do on this.One dislike was that the ear pieces; they are all made for right ears only, guess the seller never thought about mixing in some left ear pieces due to some folks being hearing impaired or to some who cannot hear in their right ear. But I went to Wal-Mart and bought a head set for 5 bucks and it worked well with the receiver and clear sounds. So I am well pleased with this.
