Our chihuahua comes running to get into her sling when we ask if she's ready to get into her Bye Bye Pouch? She adjusted to it right away,Ive had this for her for 3 years now. She is 3 years,6 months old. Great for taking anywhere except on airlines!!!! Which is disappointing. She weighs a little over 6 lbs, well satisfied, would definetly buy again if needed. So far it still looks new. Glad for this purchase.

I’ve tried many carriers and my dog has hated them. This one she doesn’t!! It’s lightweight and my 8# dog fits in it well. She loves hiking in it

I’ll purchase this and used it, but as the weather got warmer, it was just too hot to put my puppy in there.I also felt she didn’t have enough wiggle room (There isn’t a flatbottom )and she’s small 5 pounds, I ended up getting a backpack that had a flat bottom all the sides were breathable so it makes it tolerable for her

Bought to carry my 2 lb Yorkie safely around. He loves snuggling in it. I love it because it keeps him safe. There's a leash to attach to his collar so he can't fall out.

I bought a small for a 1.8 lb Yorkie. Pros: It has the best most comfortable strap on any dog sling I have used. Cons: My dog fit but just barely. (Maybe a medium or even large). It is very small. I would describe the small as xxx small. It absolutely is not sturdy in any way. It collapses in on the puppy. If you have a fog with long hair the zipper design is the worst and their hair will get caught in it. The clip to keep them in is at the front where their head exits causing it to get wrapped around the neck. Hope this helps someone else. I bought into the positive reviews. Thought maybe the negative reviews were just over critical or nit picking. Huge disappointment.

I love this little bag, and I think my wee hound is in full agreement. The moment he sees me grab it he’s ready, eager, and willing to go along wherever the little bag goes.My dog is about 5 1/2 lbs so I opted for the smallest bag. He fits nicely and can turtle his head in if he chooses. He chooses this a lot.I read in some reviews, complaints that the floor of the bag has no support. This is not an airline or vet approved zippered carrier for small animals to ferry your pet from place to place, rather, it is a personal body sling to keep your dog semi restricted and safe on you while also keeping your arms free. You may be required to contain your dog in approved carriers in other situations. Recently I flew using the sling through security and the airport only placing him in the hard bottom airline approved container when I was required on the actual aircraft. The bag is easy to use and adjustable. It has mesh sides and vinyl-like bottom. It’s built well. The zipper runs along the side making ingress and egress an ease. There is a little Velcro tab to keep the zipper in place. The shoulder strap is adjustable and secure. The bottom of this bag unzips to expand. This is pretty cool. One of the difficult things about having a tiny dog is the size chart issue. This is the smallest sling but I don’t have the “smallest” dog. The length of this bag is nice and I keep the bottom unzipped. I’ve seen some Chihuahua styled dogs that are built smaller or more slender than my guy. The zipper gives you the option of down or up half-sizing.There is also a safety harness and clip inside. I never use this. For the tiny size of my dogs collar the hard plastic clip is too much. I could see replacing this with a small spring loaded carabiner instead of I wanted to use. There is also a cord and adjuster thingy around the neck opening. This is the only part of this bag I really dislike. It’s a weird large cord around the dogs neck which gets tangled in dog parts stuffing him in or upon release. It’s not needed so I removed it. If it has a purpose, it needs a better design. There is also a little pocket on the strap. It’s handy for poo bags and such. It’s not really good or secure for much more. I’m glad of it though. As I write this I’m imagining a larger more useful pocket on the body facing side of the bag.Anyway… it’s a good safe sling to carry around your wee hound. If my guy is any indication…your animal companion, will LOVE it!

This is definitely for a very small animal. We found it comfortable to wear and very well made, just make sure you know that your pet will fit in it. It's very small. Pay attention to the measurements in the description.

I bought to take my dog camping/hiking. The first thing i was worried about was if my chihuahua Buddy would even get into it , but he actually jumped right in. I had room for him, his blankets, and snacks, and he was comfortable the entire time. It was warm outside but he never started panting or overheating, and I did. The only problem I had with the carrier is wishing the strap was a little longer because I'm a little bigger than average but it wasn't really that big of an issue. Buddy was comfortable and that was my main concern. Getting him in and out of the carrier was pretty easy, we did it several times on breaks while hiking. Carrier functioned perfectly for what i needed.
