The plaque arrived with a broken corner and scratches on the volleyball design. It's definitely a cheap plastic, and the engraving plate shows fingerprints like crazy. I tried gently wiping them off and then that discolored the plate. So all in all not impressed. Unfortunately I don't have time to exchange because it's for a senior night, and I even paid the extra shipping for faster delivery of what ended being a damaged item. I wouldn't order from this company again.
