It was nice buying a 3 year supply. I saved a lot of money. My only complaint is there is only 2 ROM filters. It shows 2 in the picture , so I guess that's right. That's only a 2 year supply.

Amazon should work up some procedures to compensate for the cases like this. Negligence likely related problem but the choice given to customers is to accept the package with missing part or sent everything (XXkg box) back. This is very inconsiderate to the customers, seller and environment.Anyway, missing part of the order, in this case is the fault of the seller / manufacturer so this product is not as advertised.

I bought this set of replacement filters but the RO Filter was 11.5” in the set. My original RO Filter was 10.75” long. Since the price was so good for the filters, I just purchased a new RO Filter housing to use with the new filters. I replaced the housing and then used the new RO Filter. Works perfectly.

The city water quality is dangerous and without these filters I would be spending tons of money on bottled water. Make sure you empty out the tank and the lines before replacing the filters and after they are all replaced dont forget to fill and drain the tank 4 or 5 times to wash out the new filters and the tank. Super easy to install, water taste great and when I make ice with the filtered water it comes out perfectly clear. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up from me!

I’ve been using this system for a couple years bc our city water tastes terrible. I haven’t had to buy bottled water since! Just change the filters per the instructions and you’re set. The filters last a long time. Easy to change. Great water system, water tastes like bottled water!

Sometimes it's not about when everything is perfect, it's about what you do when it isn't.Package of filters was a good price, arrived in 36 hrs or so, quality looked good, easy to install, but......the newer quick-fit PAC filter was designed for all 1/4" pipes, and I have a mixture of 1/4" and 3/8". I called up Express Water and explained the problem, emailed a couple of pics, and for a day or 2 we discussed potential solutions. They even went as far as mocking it up in their lab and sending me a pic!Some 1/4" to 3/8" adapters and some spare 1/4" pipe arrived, free, in about 4 days, and everything is working fine.Thanks guys - great support, and I am one happy customer!
