Extremely flaky. Had 4 pedals connected, 2 expression and 2 switch. Would stop sending midi sometimes, seemed to occur after touching one of the expression pedals. Sometimes it came back after a few seconds, sometimes it just went totally dead until power cycled.I saw a bit of this behavior when initially setting it up but then it seemed okay so I thought it was a one-off or maybe user error. Performed flawlessly in rehearsal. Then went dead early during all performances after touching my organ swell pedal.Do not buy. There are better options.

It was nearly impossible to connect to the device from the pedal config tool !! Once connected and configured the connected pedals only communicated on a single midi channel despite many config attempts. Not good...

I needed a computer to program the midi channels which is good and bad. The application was a bit confusing and so was the manual with the tiny, tiny font. So I downloaded the pdf which was readable but not very easy to understand.

Why does anyone recommend junk like this? Little booklet with instructions does not provide software download link. I had to poke on the inter webs for hours to find a download link to the software which turns out to be crazy buggy. The interface shows no text just a bunch of select boxes with numbers. The device does emit midi messages but they are double or tripled up i.e., for each 1 message 2 or 3 show. Why do I bother with this stuff and not spend a bunch more to get something decent.Don't fall for it, buy something good that has no headaches instead of this cheap Chinese junk.------------ EDIT 12/5/2023With 3 working pedals hooked up, all send messages on the same channel (why the default values don't separate them right away?). Using their software to set up midi channels for each pedal individually causes all of the pedals to stop responding except the one on midi channel 1. There is firmware update software but it does not work i.e., whereas the config software readily connects to the device, the firmware update software cannot find it.This. Thing. Is. Going. In. The. Trashhhhh
