No instruction, can't figure out how to use it. It's still in the box....

This works in the miter track of my SawStop ICS. With the rip blade I have installed, the zero point is at 7mm on the jig scale so plenty of breathing room to reach the blade carbides. I eyeballed a 1mm shim and ripped several strips, all are within .02mm of each other - easily as accurate as my needs require. The miter lock pieces are just slightly smaller than the miter track, so snug the jig to the left edge of the miter track when locking it down, and any extra pressure from your stock on the bearing once you lock your fence doesn't shift the jig to the left further.Great little piece of kit, good price, very solid and easy to use. Made my life much easier today. I'm a cabinet maker. I needed 1mm spacers for the reveal of inset dead panels on the ends of a vanity, which will be clipped into place with Lamello Tenso clips. I needed the spacers to be accurate and consistent as I'd be referencing the Zeta off of them. This did the trick.

The jig is solidly built…first thing is…your miter gauge slot MUST be two things. 1) able to fit the legs on this jig 2) Even if it fits the slot, the design may not allow the jig to clamp and stay put. I’m not a carpenter or even close to a pro, but I have a small craftsman table saw and the jig did slide, but will not clamp. Might be an issue on other small saws? I had to take the gauge off the track of my miter gauge apparatus and modify it to act as a “sled” by drilling two holes into it, and using the existing tapped hole…ground a compatible screw to a point…and used it to secure the “sled”. A lot of work when you can make a jig much easier. To be fair, many of the jigs like this are no different. But, if your slot is compatible with this jig, it IS solid, the bearings glide freely, and it seems to work. If it weren’t so iffy, it would get five stars.

Well-machined, clear markings, works perfectly on a Delta Left Tilt Unisaw. With the jig fully extended, it will be 1/16" to the left of the blade, and the scale calibrations will be accurate. If need to rip strips thinner than 1/16", just move the screws holding the T-slot inserts to a different hole. You can then set up the jig initially with the bearing just kissing a blade tooth, and then move the jig safely forward from the blade, and readjust the slide to the desired rip thickness. It comes with no instructions, but you can download a manual for the Woodpecker Thin Rip Jig on their web site.

Excellent product. A single knob adjustment is quick, accurate and repeatable. It is very stable and has a nice quality look and feel.

It did exactly what I needed it to do. Fit well on my table saw (Metabo 10"). I was able to consistently rip very thin pieces of wood to use as edge banding.

Mainly writing to inform that this version doesn’t fit the Shop Fox W1888, it stop about 1/4” from the blade when fully extended.Already ordered the next extended version because the quality was good and fit perfectly in the T-track of the table. Looking forward to using the longer version.

I love this tool....makes creating thin strips with a table saw so so easy and accurate. My unit arrived on time and in great condition accept the T-nuts that hold it in the slot on my table sawwere not the correct size. the bottom fit ok but the top of the T-nut would not fit the groove. It required me to put the T-nuts onto a Mill and mill the top of the T-nuts to the correct width inorder to work with my table saw. Not a problem for me as I have friends, but for some woodworkers, this could end up being a problem that results in an unhappy return.
