These are great! Perfect size because of its expansion. Not flimsy and I really like that they have sides to keep papers from falling out. You also don’t need to “hang them” , that part snaps out if needed but not needed in my opinion. So you don’t see that. They sit up in the filing cabinet.

Using these as organizers for my family photos in a file cabinet. The colors help me separate by family member which is great. They are a little flimsy though, so I hope they hold up long-term.

I like that I can use these in my legal size folder drawers! What I don't like is that the arms/fingers that hold on to the rails sometimes slide a little too easily to open up or contract depending upon how I manage the folder. Putting the folder together is not really that difficult, but getting the proper length of the arm that sticks out without touching it slightly afterward was something I had to learn to do with reliability. Only when it was properly sized, would I then fill it up since if I accidentally had the arm too short, it would fall down into the drawer and then I would need to hold the weight of the folder while trying to extend the arm. I believe this would be considerably better if there was some sort of way to 'latch' the am in place once set. Perhaps this could be a simple clip that could be put on the arm once it is sized properly.None the less, they are very nice to have. I personally use them for manuals of various things I own. Having many manuals in many folders that do not accommodate larger booklets can cause the booklets to rise higher than the hanging folders - this makes it nicer. It states in the product page that it can hold the equivalent of 500 pages (1 ream) of paper, which is around 5 pounds. I have not had that much in the folder since I have smaller sized manuals mixed in with larger ones, but the folder is holding up to around that weight.

This is a great value for a set of seemingly durable, plastic hanging folders. The folders come with an insert for the bottom of the folder, which is a nice touch to add some reinforcement. They are all folded down the middle, so I spent a few minutes going through them, folding at the correct seams, and inserting the reinforcement inserts.These feel very sturdy, and I am not afraid they will wear out quickly like the standard paper kind. They are a little bit static-y so if you have pets I'd make sure to put them down in a hair-free zone. They are soft and bend and fold easily, so I would still be careful not to crease anywhere I'm not supposed to. I like the retractable handling tabs - they are easy to slide open and closed.Overall these are a great upgrade from your standard paper folders, and feel like they will last a long time even when the file is filled with paper. I'm very happy with these.
