After looking around and comparing this roll of carpet to the other ones that were on the Amazon site and in a couple of marine stores I decided to give this one a shot. Based on price alone this is way better than what the marine shops had and honestly it's a lot better price than a lot of the other roles that are for sale on Amazon. The key factor for me was that while most of the rolls of carpet on the Amazon site are all 16 ft long this one had a width of 16 in which was a key factor for me. Got a large fishing boat that sits on giant bunks once we get her out of the water. The width of this roll let me easily cover in one pass instead of having to do any offsets or partial coverages. Well worth the money!

I've been working on the trailer for my center console boat and replaced all the bunk brackets recently which lead to me realizing I needed new carpet on the bunks themselves. This carpet is the exact length I need to replace the old dry rotted carpet currently on my bunks. This carpet feels solid and is thick enough to offer a soft surface that won't damage the fiberglass. It feels a little rough when you rub it but it is not slick at all even when wet. That is exactly what I want to make sure the boat is not able to slide off the trailer when driving. Great replacement for my trailer and hoping it lasts just as long as the last carpet.

This is sturdy carpet to recover old boat trailer bunks. I’ve been sprucing up my older powerboat, and that included redoing the trailer as well. With the boat in the water, I was able to work on that. I stripped the old carpet off the bunk boards, did a dry fit with this carpet, then cut it to size. I painted waterproof carpet glue on the tops of the boards, put my carpet strips on top of that, and then used a staple gun to secure the edges underneath each board.I expect years of use.

I used this multi functional carpeting to replace the old stuff on my jet ski trailer bunks. It was easy to tailor it to the size I needed using a utility knife, and it installed easily. It's not slippery and looks like it will last several seasons. Good value.

Well, I was expecting something else. This bunk carpet is thick and sturdy, stiff, and a bit rough to the touch. The title says marine grade padding, and I thought it would be more like memory foam with some softness and give to it. It's not. This is my fault and not the product's. I misread the description. It will work great on my pontoon trailer, which could use some new covering!

I am using this to replace the carpet on the wood that lines the back of my boat trailer fender wells. The carpet that was on there originally finally just starter to dry rot and fall off so it was time for some new lining. This is your standard gray color and will blend in with the look of the trailer. I am planning on using staples to attach it against the wood. I think it will look great and last for a few more years.

The boater and marine business man in this family says this is just perfect. Excellent quality and a good purchase that will easily be installed. The bigger the better. Very pleased with this purchase.
