The first one arrived damaged but Amazon replaced it and that one arrived undamaged.We like it because it looks more like a natural design on the exterior and it is large enough to accommodate our ball python.

I really liked the size and look of this hide, but it shipped in a too-small box with a small piece of bubble wrap and arrived broken into several shards. I returned it, left a comment for the seller about the shipping, and asked for a replacement. The replacement arrived in exactly the same way, so I finally gave up and returned it, mentioning the problem again. No response from Amazon or the seller.

This is exactly the size I needed for my growing turtles. Now it's made in yellow & spray painted (looks like) over the yellow kinda cheaply. The edges along the inside are waaay too pointy & sharp for an animal. So I recommend you use a dremmel or something to even out those edges for your pets safety if you get this

Like others, this item arrived damaged around the bottom of the hide. Thankfully, the damage was minimal and not worth sending back. Overall I love the design and the size, it’s exactly what I was after. Just buyer beware…

Natural looking & my florida king snake loves it. He's almost 5ft long & about 2in thick & fits in this rock fine. It's also easy to clean.

Really happy with this purchase. We had a much smaller rock for our little guy, and he would get stuck coming in and out. We wanted the smooth, low rock where he could dig a burrow into but turn freely inside. I had to return a previous rock that looked round but on the inside had a weird L shape that would scratch. This one was perfect. It keeps warmth, and I have to coax him out now. He loves being inside and rearranging things. Pics don’t do it justice, it is very large. Note that he has dug it into place as well, it’s not sitting on dirt. He has the edges hitting the bottom of the tank so it might appear small but it’s pretty big. The tank is 55 gallons.If you’re not good with measurements, I would say a good estimate is if you think of the size of a vinyl record. Would recommend, sturdy as well.
