This installed much easier than I'd anticipated. Only small issue I ran into were the bolts not being long enough to fit through this mount, and the plate that came with the winch. Quick trip to hardware store and $6 got me what I needed. Best part about this is that I didn't have to take apart the front bash guard. The little fella slipped right into place and bolted on in minutes.

This installs very easily and appears to be of good quality. No issue mounting a winch from Tractor Supply. I am a bit concerned that this design seems to restrict air flow to the radiator. Not sure what else is on the market for the pioneer 500.
