Er erfüllt zwar seinen Zweck ist aber eine sehr wackelige Angelegenheit. Der Fuß lässt sich nicht richtig an der Konsole festziehen, so dass das gesamte Gestell bei jeder Berührung wackelt und die Einstellungen nicht mehr passen. Hier wäre mehr Stabilität sehr angebracht. Daher nur 3 Sterne. Sie haben halt an den Pfennigartikeln gespart.Der Monitor ist gut und zuverlässig.

All in all this, Teleprompter appears to be good quality. Although with Amazon shipping, the beam splitter was broken when it arrived. Plus, it comes with older cables so it won’t work with a Mac or any computer with a USB connection. You’ll have to buy a new cable. Bad, is their customer service appears to be in France or somewhere. That means when you do make an inquiry it is at least a day before they get back with you and it appears to go through a translator. I can say that the customer service representatives do whatever they can , but with a day or two to address an issue of the prompter not working, then to find out something has to be sent to me. Really just set me back of week of work so if you like the price, and are willing to take that risk of not needing timely customer service. This may be the Teleprompter for you. By the way… I was never able to see if it worked because I decided to return it

I usually do not write product reviews. But this time out of frustration I am writing. It took three weeks to receive the product. The quality of the materials used in the teleprompter is also a concern. The mice are flimsy plastic that seems prone to cracking under normal use. The setup instructions are unclear, with poor photos and inadequate explanations. The monitor's interface is outdated, The included cables are too short, limiting the practicality of the teleprompter's setup. The teleprompter arrived with a crack/chip in the front right corner.
