This worked out exactly how we needed it to with my 13 year old daughter’s medication regimen. This helps us all stay more organized and gives her the independence of taking it and not accidentally slipping a dose with the beeping alarm set for the exact time. It’s easily portable and can be transported with us places when need be too. Thank you so much!

Used this for a few days and I actually enjoy it. Before I used a pill organizer until I got this which was definitely a lot more fancy and audible, annoying even, but it did its job of making me take my pills. After getting it all set up, the only thing now was to load 30 days worth of pills in the machine. Once my one alarm went off, the device spun and out came my pill. The alarm is shut off once the device is turned upside down while retrieving the pills. While this definitely helps keep me on track and is fun to use, the one thing I don’t like is the key feature. I appreciate the option to lock it, but I’m not a fan of having to store the key just to access the container. Since I don’t have concerns about tampering, I prefer using it without the key. However, because the lid doesn’t click into place on its own, I have to hold it down every time I take out pills—unless I lock it, which I’d rather not have to do.Overall, it's almost perfect, but the lack of the lid locking in place on its own or having to keep the key somewhere when the lid is locked is inconvenient. Still, it's a great item so I'll give it a 4/5.

This pill dispenser wants to provide all the bells and whistles and manages to do almost everything right. You can configure various daily dispensing options, 1, 2, or more a day with handy templates to make the routine visual and easy to understand. For 1/day, you can have up to 28 days set up. Each compartment is large enough for several large and small pills, more than enough for nearly anyone. You can have multiple alarms/day with audible beeping and visual blinking. The dispenser locks to prevent accessing pills except on schedule. Here is my one complaint. You cannot close the dispenser without also locking it using one of the two included keys. I think the lock is good for preventing taking too many pills or going off schedule. For people with memory or addiction issues, this is a good feature, though the lock is not that difficult to overcome. But for ordinary use, I would prefer the dispenser lid close without locking and requiring a key.I was able to set up 28 days of all my pills in about 10 minutes. The time, alarm(s), and other settings were easy to do, though I'm holding onto the manual as I would not want to do it from memory next time.Though pricey, this is a good dispenser with audible/visual reminders, multiple daily schedule options, locking, and other features.

EziMedPil Automatic Pill Dispenser - Reviewed February 14, 2025.When I first purchased the EziMedPil Automatic Pill Dispenser, I was concerned about the compartment size, as the images made them seem quite small. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find them deep enough to accommodate all my medications comfortably, though vitamins might be a tighter fit. The standout feature for me is the persistent alarm that sounds until the dispenser is turned over. As someone who struggles to remember to take medication, this feature is incredibly effective. The alarm is just annoying enough to compel me to turn over the dispenser, which conveniently results in me taking my meds.A minor downside is the lock on the dispenser, which isn't strong enough to prevent anyone from opening it—it mainly secures the lid when turning it over. Unfortunately, I discovered this the hard way by breaking the lock. Despite this, I love the convenience of it being battery-operated, eliminating the need for constant charging or plugging in. Since I only take pills once a day, the dispenser lasts a whole month. While I'm considering buying extra trays to organize my 90-day supply when the pills arrive, I'm still deciding if reloading monthly might be just as convenient. Overall, this dispenser has significantly helped in managing my medication routine.
