I did have to get a replacement kit but I can honestly say it was way simpler then you'd think it'd be. I messaged them and explained I was having problems with the first kit and they immediately sent a replacement kit out. They are a great company selling great products. I used this on a 2010 ford f150 fx4... If you have a 5.4l 3 valve engine I can not express enough how helpful it is to lock out the phasers if your doing this kit... with the phasers locked I have already gotten over 2000 miles on this kit. Great Buy!!!
