Installation:* Installation effort was moderate.* Passenger side was easier than the driver's side due to brake lines and other components.* Achieved slightly more lift than advertised (close to 2 inches versus 1-1.5 inches), but settling may occur over time.Reasoning for Choice:* Selected these add-a-leaf springs due to their minimal lift, meeting the 1-inch minimum requirement for my new Bilstein rear shocks.Performance:* Improved ride quality.* Significantly reduced axle wrap issues experienced previously.* Uncertain whether the improvement is solely from the add-a-leaf or the combination with the new shocks.* Leaf "sagging" appears to have been eliminated.Overall:* The combination of add-a-leaf springs and new shocks has effectively addressed axle wrap and improved ride quality.* Could have come with insolator pads.

Stock leaf pack was weak on my 99 prerunner this add a leaf was the fix along with new struts ride is stiff again and cornering is smooth. Before that I kept on killing my rear shocks and changing them out ever 2 to 3 years with no daily heavy loads. we will see how long my shocks will last with this adder installed.

Just got around to doing these. The center bolt is grade 8 fine thread and the nut is about a grade 2. It stipped and pulled all the treads out of the nut at less than 40lbs of torque. Both of them shouldn't be fine thread and the nut should be the same grade as the bolt.

These went on a 2003 double cab tacoma with tired factory leafs to level it, and worked great. Install is as you'd expect when taking apart a spring pack, go slow and be careful. The ONLY reason they don't get 5 stars is because there is no plastic washers between the leaves, so they can and do squeak. Would still use them again.

Added these on top of bilstein 5100’s on my 2002 stock Tacoma. and raised my rear end 3”! A bit more than advertised but I’m sure they will settle a little. Installation is a little tricky, you may need extra jacks and someone to help you with it but I’ve seen some add these in solo if they know what they are doing.

Lifts your rear end 2-2.5", not 1.5. I've had them installed for almost 2 months, no issues other than a little bounce in the back every so often. Just remove the overload leaf to get rid of it, but keep it on if you're planning to tow or haul some big stuff in the near future. You will also need new shocks, oem ones don't have enough travel. So go with a good set of bilsteins meant for a 2-3" lift in the rear

Bought for my 2003 Tacoma double cab. With suspension lifts you really never know until it’s installed. Was looking for a slightly higher than factory height with a little more stiffness as the current worn out leafs were bottoming out even in parking lots when loaded. This was paired with Bilstein 5100 set to 3rd setting ~1.25 inch lift gave the perfect amount of rake. Rides nice with this set up.

Very nice, affordable purchase. I was hesitant to buy at first but by original oem leaf springs were wearing out and saggy. I didn’t really want to raise my 2001 Tacoma too much, I wanted more of a stronger spring. I ended up being very happy. I was either going to pay $400+ for a pair of Drakar (OMEmu) or $800 for Toyota leaves. I figured it’s only a hundred, I’ll try it out. Raised the back up about 2” at first and now about 1” above stock after settling. I ended up pairing them with some 1” linger OME 881’s could in the front with a 1/4” spacer on driver side and ended up with about a matching 1” lift in the front.They ride great, and the truck doesn’t squat with barely any weight in the bed now. So if your looking to strengthen your leaves or tow more, without lifting too much, I definitely recommend them.

Rear end was lifted different heights and neither are 1.5". Rear driver side was about 1" and rear left was about .5" Very frustrated. May be acceptable if each leaf added same amount of lift. Ordered some shocks that require a minimum of 1" lift to fit. These are now a waste of time an money. Can't use these on for long since I need another lift option to allow my shocks to work but will update review if diver side settles and drops a bit (don't expect the passenger side to raise higher). I see other people have said these have lifted their back ends 2" and above. Sounds like some serious quality control issues.
