I used this to replace my existing glued rear mount brackets. I replaced my plastic flimsy mounting brackets with this one and it was an easy to replace and balance.

The installation is easy. Make sure you measure the distance and marked them well, then the rest is straight forward. It replaced my old drawer slides without soft close function. Works well.
