These are tried and true SPI displays. Lots of guides out there for interfacing ILI9341. I ran a demo using an esp32 to confirm that all functions are working as expected. Not quite sure what project I want to use this in yet, but there are tons of possibilities and applications. The colors are great, touch is accurate, and it's a lot of fun to program.

They say this is 240x320, but that is in portrait mode, so in landscape mode, it is 320x240, which is the original VGA 256 color mode. So, if you were running old school games, this could display many of them in 1:1 mode. One thing I like about this display, is the inclusion of an SD socket. The display and socket are independent circuits, and have nothing in common, except ground, so you can use either the display, SD card, or both. The ILI9341 is a well documented display, so it is well supported. It is almost guaranteed that there is library to control this display, on your platform of choice.
