It doesn't work very well. Supposed to add paper, but it doesn't hold the paper long enough to be effective. Easier to just rinse off with a bidet or a shower hose. Sitz Bath works exponentially better!

It takes some time getting used to how to utilize the product is not as easy as it seems and if you are a heavy weight person is a little difficult to use

Got this for a vacation trip figuring it was small enough to fit into a tote or purse. That was the good part. Does not hold the t-paper long enough to get it into place before it falls off. Also folds in half far too easily, usually before the job is done. What a waste of money!

I already own the long solid version of this product and it has worked out very well for me. My only complaint was it didn't travel very easily. This foldable version is perfect for me to carry on the go. It pressure locks solidly into full extention for use and refolds easily when done. It even came with a durable zip lock pouch for travelling purposes.It's approximately 9inches/23centimeters long when folded in the pouch and unfolds to 15in/38cm for use. This well made of solid durable plastic extentions with silicon ends and a solid metal joint and catch in the middle. The shipping was reasonably fast for an overseas product.I would recommend this to anyone one having difficulties reaching and cleaning personal areas. Both solid and foldable versions work very well.
