There was nothing to dislike. The putty was correctly colored. It was wet enough to remain workable while I filled the areas that needed it. It also took the stain well. What is not to like?

Greatest wood filler of ALL time. I have used this product for over 50 years in cabinet making and there is NOTHING else like it. Famowood lays out smoothly, dries quickly, and does not vibrate out during finish sanding. It sands easily and takes staining very well, you will love this product!

This stuff works great! Just be sure to buy the 730021 thinner, YOU WILL NEED IT! I watched a video where a guy put just enough of the filler he needed inside a small ziplock bag and cut the corner off making a small squeeze bag that didn't dry out. I highly recommend doing that, worked great.

This has always been the best! I was trained on this in a cabinet shop when I started many years ago. It is still the standard to which all others pale. It dries fast and handles and sands like wood. Keep some of their thinner handy as you probably won't use up your supply before it starts drying out. Just add a small layer of thinner on top each time your finished using it and invert the can so that it's ready for next time. THE BEST.

Upon receiving the wood filler I tried to use on my new hardwood floor filling spaces. When I opened the can the material was to dry to use. It really was to dry.

This is great for filling maple, it stains well (and heaven forbid takes paint as well), depending on the board it is a very good match. My only complaint is that it does not behave like wood when an oil finish (such as boiled linseed oil) is used and can be somewhat more noticeable. All in all I will continue to keep this on hand for maple and will likely end up using it for other woods as the need arises.
