So after a few years of fading, it was time to replace the prints i made of various spots of NYC Central Park's famed Turtle Pond. When my daughter and I happened across these we thought one would make a great new environment for Tiger's tank. The vibrantly colored and detailed artwork of mushrooms, tranquil stream, and cloudy sky creates a calming and fantastical atmosphere for both Tiger and my daughter. She LOVES the scene and assume Tiger, our red eared slider turtle, does as well we hope!As mentioned, the colors are vibrant and the print quality is exceptional, adding depth and dimension to my aquarium. It is made from a durable rubberized plastic type material which I hope an assume will retain its color well.The backdrop comes with strips adhesive to affix it to the tank. It is important to use this very tacky tape because regular tape may not adhere to the backdrop sufficiently.In terms of installation, it was a little tricky simply because the tank is backed up the the wall in my daughter's bedroom and cannot be moved easily due to the enormous weight of the filled tank. But I managed to get it done.We are really enjoying this new scene for tiger.

It seems a lot of these companies take an image that is for a much smaller size than it's being used for so that when it is increased in size it goes from stunning to pixelated or, at least, somewhat rough. This is no exception, unfortunately. It still looks nice, and you probably won't notice the slightly degraded image quality once it's on the back of your aquarium. I'm glad I didn't order a larger size! I hope they'll reconsider the resolution of the images they choose to make sure that they can be expanded to the maximum size offered without degradation.The material isn't waterproof nor is it washable (according to the listing) so, if it gets wet, you're best off trying to dry it with a hot air gun or blow dryer. Not only that but I put a bit of water on it to see if it was waterproof and, when it dried, it left a stain on both sides, so apparently the dye isn't color-fast. This makes it horrible for any wet tank!It comes with several strips of double-sided tape.

Rough fabric, hard to remove creases, color comes off, shipping takes a long time, poor adhesive tape for hanging.
