I’ve ordered this phone twice now, and the experience depends heavily on which version you get. The first one I received was the V2, and it’s been fantastic—works perfectly without needing the 3CX SBC, which was a big plus for me. It’s been installed for over a year with no issues: stable software, great sound quality, and overall reliable performance.Unfortunately, the second order was a V1, and it didn’t meet my needs, so I had to return it. The problem is there’s no way to tell from the product description which version you’ll be shipped, which is frustrating. In the future, I’ll double-check to ensure I’m getting the V2 before ordering.Compared to Yealink, this phone is solid, though I think Yealink feels a bit more premium despite the small price difference. Still, if you get the V2, it’s a great choice—just be cautious about the version!

Be careful if you're buying these to use with the new version 20 3CX phone system software. These are the original version phone, not the newer version 2 of the phone (as of early November 2024), and so while they work well, they can not work as stand-alone router phones and need to have an on-LAN router phone or SBC device.
