I needed a replacement because my original car horn wasn't very loud. These were a pretty easy swap and are quite a bit more noticeable. I was able to use the existing spade connectors, but my original horns were grounded to the chassis. I used two of the provided leads to connect the negative terminal to the car chassis to provide ground. I had to solder a lug onto the end of the lead because the copper was so soft it just broke off under the pressure if the mounting bolt. Other than that installation was pretty easy, They seem a little higher pitch than the original, but they are definitely louder, which is what I needed. The bodies of the horns are plastic with what looks like chrome plating. They were made in China.If you need a decent set of replacement horns, Id recommend them.

Easy install, plenty loud. We will see how long the plastic lasts mounted where my old horn was on my Triglide.
