I wanted a cowbell to hang in my car. And this was parent size and had a beautiful sound. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if it came in cow print design haha.

This is an awesome bell for a hunting dog. Might be a little big for a small beagle, my beagle is bigger so its perfect. My hearing is not the best but I can hear this from long distance.

Using this bell for my mountain bike. Heavy duty. Surprisingly loud for size. Appears to be very well made and I predict it will be durable for years to come.

We use this to call our bible study meetings together. It’s a nice size with a loud enough sound to get attention and it’s not a tinkle sound like a jingle bell!

Bought two bells for when I went hiking in Yellowstone back country. One bell was perfect,unfortunately the second bell's clapper was welded to the side of the bell when they dipped it to paint or coat the bell.My husband was able to free the clapper but while hiking I noticed that bell kept getting a stuck clapper. Overall it was a great sounding bell but The one bell is not as good a performer as the perfect one.

very tiny, I guess I should have got out a ruler to judge before I purchased... not what I would call a "long distance cow bell" by any stretch. worth about 50 cents
