The lights are fun but the ability to pivot the unit is key. The 2 usb c cords are retractable and there is a bonus usb a slot. This is a handy charger for all the people in the car. The unit is a bit bigger than others but it is because it has so many plugs. Love the fact that I don't have to chase around the cords and they are neat. You can shut off the starry night option which is a must when night driving I feel. Pull the cords out and they stay in place when you want to retract give a slight tug and they pull back into the unit.

This a nice retractable charger with lights, if you want them on. When you start the car, the lights on the charger automatically come on but not the projected light. If you want that on you simply push the little button on the top. And if you don't want any lights just push the button again. My kids like the projected light and it's not so bright that it's distracting to the driver. The only thing I wish was different, I wish you could pick what color lights project out, it's only red. But it would be cool if you could pick between a variety of colors. But everyone I've seen like this projects as red, maybe that's bc it is less distracting for the driver. The included cords retract quickly and easily, simply pull and release and it goes back in. They're also quick charge. The ports for USB and USB C work great as well, allowing you to charge 4 things at once. The best part, no messy cords hanging under your feet. The price is very reasonable for everything it does and I'd highly recommend it!

My favorite thing about this charger is the fact that the cables are neatly stored away while not in use. I can't stand having bundled up/tangled cables. This is a unique feature not offered much out there in charging products for vehicles. I also like that the head of the unit can be positioned in different angles, because the location of cigarette lighter sockets vary so much. It also has cool led lighting that can be turned on & off. The fact that it has a built-in fuse and current / overcharge protection makes it worry free. I highly recommend this product.

If your car still has a cigarette lighter you are in luck. You have power and retractable cables at your fingertips. When done, the fast charge cables return to their housing, no muss, no fuss. I have not had good luck with retracting cords in the past, but these are behaving themselves for now. I can recharge my phone, MP3 and voice recorder while I drive. It claims to have a wide compatibility range, but I checked the list on Amazon’s detail page to be sure. The cables reach all the way to the back seat if you travel with kids and their chargeables. I was surprised by the warranty. That is unusual in this era. It does not get hot like some chargers.

After adding an android auto screen to my car I needed an extra port for the cable. I came across this 4 in 1 charger. So far it's awesome and works decent. I was a little disappointed though to find out that it seems like one of the retractable cords isn't fast charging, but that's not the end of the world.The Starry function is pretty neat, but because of where the plug is in my car I can't really use it, but that's not why I bought it.The size isn't too big and doesn't take up too much room. It seems well built but we will see how long it last. I'd still probably buy another one if I ever needed it.

I REALLY wanted to like this product but the rainbow unicorn vom from the RGB lights is VERY distracting and having to turn it off every time you get in the car is very annoying. It also seemed to charge extremely slowly.

Love these chargers for my car. I had one before but with the recent changes to the new iphones, I didn't need a lightening cable one anymore, so I've replaced it with this. I didn't see at first that it had the "starry" projector feature which I can kind of take or leave. It does work- but it only displays in Red which seems an odd choice personally..However, it does work really well overall. Charges my phone quickly, and allows me to charge multiple devices at a time if I need to.
