Great machining/workmanship, and good materials.HOWEVER... the engagement notch does not have a detent. The slightest bit of vibration or "nudging" will knock the fastener out of engagement. It appears to be a design defect, because it's machined very precisely. I'm going to have to dremel out a notch, to keep the engaged fastener from easily turning.

Installed these on one bag who’s lock were failing, and lost the bag the first time out. Pay the extra and get the stock ones from Harley or upgrade to the screw in ones.

Had the threaded type in wanted to replaceWhat I don’t like is these don’t come with the clips. Had to order clips then had to fight with the pins to clip in .Going to Harley to buy the correct ones

Put these on as replacements for my old ones. They snapped on the very first ride with them on, bag fell off and got pretty damaged. Highly recommend not buying these and buying the bolt upgrade instead.
