The fat tires provide excellent stability, whether on dirt trails, sand, not yet try snow, but will.The bike is powerful, offering impressive acceleration and speed. The battery life is great for long rides, and the recharge time is reasonable. I also love the suspension system. It absorbs bumps well, making for a smooth and comfortable ride.

Awesome Bike! fast gears shift smoothly, gets about 18-20 miles on full charge. extended seat great for passengers.Shipping was super easy driver put it right into my garage, packaged very carefully and was a breeze to put together.Tools that came with the bike were super useful and plug and play with the wires.

I purchased this bike as a gift for my husband. I was worried that we would have trouble assembling it as neither of us is mechanically inclined but we followed the instructions step by step and it was so simple. We were so proud of ourselves. I would also like to mention that this bike was perfectly packaged for delivery. He is absolutely loving his gift and has mentioned many times how he loves the look of it. I really like the design of the bike as well. Definitely a fantastic buy.

Please send me an a replacement LED screen. It came broken out of the box and we just received the item today so item should not be broken. Please send a replacement screen
