these are plastic - the description says "material: glass" They are NOT glass. The sun doesn't even shine through them. They're completely opaque.

These are awesome, and a nice gift, although these were for me!! I have a lot of neat outdoor spaces and a screen porch to hang things. The look great and the quality is perfect - nicely packaged and obviously the company cares about the products and service!

These are so unique. I love them in the window. The craftsmanship is great, very beautifully made. The light shines through the glass and the colors are beautiful. I love that they have ties instead of a chain on these, it gives a more handmade, authentic look. They seem kind of retro to me, which I love. Anyway, I am very happy with my feathers and the way they look among my plants in the window.
