I'm sure these rollers work just great, but it they are for a ScanSnap scanner.. Do yourself a favor and just REPLACE IT! They almost guarantee that you have to do just that.

It is amazing that such a small part can so improve the efficiency of a scanner/printer.The old rollers were hard and cracked, these are nice and soft and grip the paper much better. Seem to be pretty good quality.Installing them took a little time but wasn't bad. (Prob took longer because I didn't really know what I was doing - would be faster next time!).

I had hoped the new rollers would give my scanner a new life after the Fujitsu roller turned became sticky. No luck, after painstakingly disassembly and re-assembly every page pulls to right and often tears the page or jams.

Like the previous reviewer said, the replacement is not an easy task! It took me over 2 hours to dissemble the scanner and replace the feed rollers and eject rollers. No easy task. The online video is helpful (no talking, but quite helpful showing the removal steps). These rollers worked quite well. They were somewhat difficult to install on the rods, but I did not need to use any heat or lubricants. Now my scanner is back up running as good as new!

These are good rollers, very well made. Not like others that melt after a few weeks and have a bad smell.

Impossible to place on steel shaft. Tried water, soap, silicone lube ...Don't waste your time trying to fix a Fujitsu scanner, unless of course you have a lifetime to waste.

This roller kit can replace the rollers that Fugitsu stupidly uses in their scanners and go to mush after a few years and gum everything up, but they are "almost" impossible to replace. Since these do go bad, they should have engineered a user replaceable alternative to their 1-way trip to the dump. I recognized that after 30 minutes of carefully disasembling my ScanSnap, that this was too complex to replace and hope to get back together. The disassemble process is unrecoverable after the light/lense system is encountered. So the roller kit is technically not defective, but it's useless in that it can never be used by the common user.

This was an exact math of my former rollers. Since no instructions came I would recommend someone making the replacement put 3/4" round sticky dots numbered 1 to 30 on each item removed. Then re-assembly is easier. One power cord had an unused end and I forgot to note that. I would also recommend heating these in very hot water and also the bar they slip on so they are temporarily flexible and thereby easy to slide on the roller bar. There are some youtube videos with no talking showing how this is done. Apparently these rollers self-destruct when they become 14 years old. They become a sticky and gooey roller.
